Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Analyst (Design) in the creative field who plays a critical role in ensuring that the design projects meet high standards of quality and client expectations. The primary responsibility is to assess and evaluate the quality of design deliverables, processes, and systems to ensure they adhere to established standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and understand each ticket request for revisions, and double-check if all the instructions/revisions are met.
  • Evaluate design deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements.
  • Make sure the ticket's "QA checklist" is properly accomplished by the designer.
  • Check each ticket's design folder if it has all the files needed.
  • Answer technical questions from the designers, and provide actionable feedback to the design team for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for design quality checks if the main QA is on leave.
  • Update the QA Revision Dashboard every day for revisions.
  • Flag designers with quality issues to QAs and QA Supervisor. 
  • Assist main QA with daily tasks.
  • Create a Client Issue Report whenever a client has complaints, and coordinate it with the production team.
  • Create QA Weekly Report and coordinate with QAs.
  • Collaborate closely with QAs, QA Supervisors, Designers, Account Managers, and Team Leaders to address quality-related concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide support to design teams on quality standards, tools, and techniques to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field. Certifications in quality assurance are a plus.
  • Preferably a year of experience as a Quality Analyst in a creative industry
  • At least 3 years of Print/Web/Graphic Design experience
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work samples of web/graphic designs
  • Strong understanding of design principles and design concepts.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and familiarity with design trends and emerging technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, best practices, and tools used in the design industry. 
  • A Keen eye for detail and the ability to spot design flaws, inconsistencies, and errors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide constructive feedback, articulate quality concerns, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced design agency environment.
  • A proactive approach to stay updated with the latest design trends, industry standards, and quality assurance practices.


Benefits:

Location: Home-based (Philippines) - Permanent work from home, co-working space, beach, wherever you'd like as long as you have a laptop and good internet connection.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8h/day, 2pm to 11pm PH time, with core hours being 6pm to 10pm (PH time).

Designer Referral: Php 10,000 for each web/graphic designer you refer who joins and stays with us.

Paid Time-Off: 15 days of paid leave + 10 unpaid days + 2 sick days paid (after 6 months of tenure).
