Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer (Frontend-Oriented) to design and develop intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for our client and team portals. This role focuses on enhancing user experience, ensuring seamless navigation, and optimizing performance across various devices. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and a passion for creating engaging digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the user-facing components of the application using React/Next.js.
• Collaborate with the Technical Lead on API integration and Socket.io for real-time updates.
• Optimize front-end performance and user experience.
• Assist with unit and integration testing for UI components.
• Optimize frontend performance for speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional components.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and minimize bugs.

Requirements

• Proficient in React/Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with state management tools (Redux).
• Familiarity with UI libraries such as Material-UI or Ant Design.
• Knowledge of real-time communication tools like Socket.io.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Basic understanding of backend development and API integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
