Web Developer and Vibe Coder (Remote)

We are looking for a Vibe Coder, someone who sits at the intersection of a sharp design eye and just enough coding know-how to bring websites to life. Your primary mission is to convert Figma designs into polished, functional websites using AI-powered tools like Claude LLM and Antigravity, with GitHub for version control and Supabase (or similar) for any data needs. You don't need to be a senior engineer. You do need to know how to direct AI, spot when something looks visually off, and ship pages that actually look like the designs. If you love making things look right and are excited by the way AI is changing how we build on the web, this role was made for you.

What You'll Do

Figma to Live Website

• Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel-accurate websites.

• Use LLMs and Antigravity to generate and refine HTML/CSS code from design specs.

• Review AI-generated layouts and fix what's visually or structurally off, because AI doesn't

always nail it on the first pass.

Design Quality Control

• Catch issues with typography, spacing, alignment, and visual rhythm that tools miss.

• Be the final gatekeeper, if it doesn't look like the Figma file, it's not done.

• Apply a Western-market design sensibility: clean, modern, and usability-first.

AI-Directed Workflow

• Use prompt engineering to steer AI toward accurate design-to-code outputs.

• Provide structured feedback to improve how our AI interprets and builds from design

files.

• Stay ahead of the curve, experiment with new AI tools and share what works.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Use GitHub to manage code versions and collaborate with the team.

• Connect front-end pages to Supabase or similar tools when data or dynamic content is

needed.

• Communicate progress clearly and flag blockers, we move fast.

What You Bring

Design Skills (Required)

• Strong eye for design: layout, typography, color, spacing — you notice when something

is off.

• Proficiency in Figma, you can read Auto Layout, extract assets, and understand

component structures.

• A genuine sense of visual taste and awareness of modern web design standards.

Technical Skills (Basic Level OK)

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS — enough to make targeted fixes and

understand AI-generated code.

• Familiarity with GitHub basics: commits, branches, pull requests.

• Comfortable using or learning Supabase or similar backend/database tools.

• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor/Antigravity, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to

build or edit web content.

Mindset & Soft Skills

• Obsessive attention to detail, you don't let "close enough" slide.

• Self-directed and async-friendly: you can manage your own workflow without being

micromanaged.

• Advanced English (reading and writing) for clear communication with a global remote

team.

• Curious and fast-learning, AI tools evolve quickly, and so do we.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma for asset prep.

• Basic JavaScript knowledge.

• Previous work in a remote agency or startup environment.

• Familiarity with web performance basics (page speed, image optimization).

Experience Level

0–3 years. We care more about your eye for design, your AI fluency, and the quality of your

output than the years on your resume. A strong portfolio of converted Figma designs or AI-

assisted web projects will stand out.
