We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build a high-quality creative team in LATAM.


This role is primarily focused, but not limited to, hiring senior designers and creative talent.

🚀 What you'll own

Talent Acquisition — Core Focus
  • Source and hire senior creative talent, including web and graphic designers, video editors, and other creative roles, primarily from LATAM
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-vetted candidates
  • Actively source through Behance, Dribbble, LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and referrals—not just inbound applications
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain a high bar for quality while remaining mindful of hiring costs
Recruitment Systems & Efficiency
  • Continuously improve our recruitment processes and candidate experience
  • Manage and improve our hiring workflows across ATS, Notion, and Slack
  • Automate candidate communication and reduce manual administrative work
  • Track key hiring metrics, including time to hire and pass-through rates

Onboarding & Coordination
  • Coordinate probation check-ins and key milestone
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires (accounts, access, first-day setup) and offboarding
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation

Light HR operations (secondary)
  • Handle basic HR requests (contracts, verifications, documents)
  • Assist with simple engagement initiatives (no heavy HR admin work)
  • Support offboarding (exit forms, access removal)

🚀 What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proven experience hiring senior creatives (designers, video editors, etc.)
  • Strong sourcing ability (you know how to find great candidates, not just process applicants)
  • Experience hiring in LATAM (preferred) or other global remote markets
  • Ability to assess quality in creative portfolios is a plus
  • Highly organized and systems-oriented (you like making things more efficient)
  • Comfortable communicating in English with a global team
  • Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously

⚡ What this role Is NOT

  • Not a high-volume recruitment role
  • Not a purely administrative HR position
  • Not a people management role (for now)
