The role:

We’re looking for a Recruitment & HR Specialist who loves finding unicorns (aka designers, illustrators, and other creative talent) and making sure they thrive once they join us.

This isn’t just about posting jobs and praying someone applies. Nope. You’ll be sourcing, screening, interviewing, running design tests, and yes, handing over shiny offer letters. Once they’re in, you’ll also make sure their first week doesn’t feel like being thrown into a pool without floaties (aka onboarding).

And because we’re a small but mighty team, you’ll also wear a tiny HR hat: checking payroll (don’t worry, it’s automated, so you just make sure the bots didn’t have a bad day), keeping things organized in Notion, and being the go-to person for the human side of HR.

What you’ll do (aka your superpowers):

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates (mainly designers/illustrators, but also other roles).
  • Run design tests and coordinate the process with candidates
  • Roll out offer letters to the best of the best.
  • Lead onboarding and induction for new hires (make them feel at home, not like they’re the new kid in class).
  • Keep our hiring managers in the loop and our pipelines flowing.
  • Build and maintain a global talent pool (APAC, LATAM, and beyond).
  • Double-check payroll runs (human eyes > robot glitches).
  • Help shape a smooth, human, and positive candidate + employee experience.

You’ll crush this role if you have:

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, especially in APAC or LATAM.
  • A knack for hiring creative roles (designers, illustrators — the ones who live in Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • HR chops: onboarding, employee support, payroll check-ins.
  • Strong communication and people skills (you’ll talk to candidates A LOT).
  • Comfort with Notion, ATS tools, or anything that makes recruiting less of a headache.
  • Super organization skills (because juggling pipelines, interviews, and HR tasks is your jam).
  • A proactive, adaptable attitude — you’re not waiting for candidates to fall from the sky.
