The Role

We are looking for an experienced, imaginative designer with a strong focus on UI/UX and modern digital design workflows. You will integrate Figma mastery and AI-enhanced workflows to produce exceptional, business-focused digital solutions for a global clientele.

Key Responsibilities (Daily Digital Focus)

• High-Fidelity UI Design: Design and execute web pages, UI elements, and responsive design mockups that are ready for development.

• Digital Brand Assets: Create foundational branding and high-converting digital marketing assets (email templates, social media graphics, and display ads).

• Strategic Problem Solving: Interpret vague client briefs and deliver creative, strategic solutions across multiple daily requests.

• AI Integration: Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, etc.) to enhance ideation, automate repetitive tasks, and speed up production without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

We are looking for self-starters and digital design experts who meet the following criteria:

Experience & Expertise:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in web and graphic design, ideally in a remote agency setting.

• Strong UI/UX Foundation: Deep knowledge of user interface principles and proven experience with responsive web design.

• Portfolio: A required, high-quality portfolio showcasing UI/UX skills and web versatility (Link to online portfolio, PDF, or Behance required).

Technical Stack:

• Figma Mastery: Advanced proficiency is mandatory (including the use of Auto Layout, Components, and Variables).

• Adobe Creative Cloud: Expert knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.

• AI-Forward: Experience with or a strong willingness to master AI design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly).

Professional & Remote Setup:

• English Proficiency: Advanced communication skills (B2 level or higher).

• Trial Period: Willingness to complete a 5-day paid Design Bootcamp as part of our selection process.
